Current Appliance Service Rates:
Homeowners
Service Call: $59.99 includes travel time to site (in our service area) and greeting customer/discussing problem and final billing time
Repair Estimate/quote is sc $59.99 plus $25.00=84.99 flat fee payable even if homeowner decide not to repair
Appliance Service Hourly Rate is $95, broken down into 15 min increments of $25.00 first 15 minutes, $25.00 for the next 2 sets of 15 minutes and $20.00 for the last 15 minutes of the hour technical service time plus any materials/parts.
Sometimes jobs take longer than they should, but don't worry we won't charge you more than 1 hour labour for most jobs even if it takes longer to complete. So your maximum charge for most appliance repairs would be $59.99 sc plus $95.00 (1 hour labour) plus parts/materials
If purchase replacement from Elmira Home Comfort or Belmont, $59.99 would be deducted off the purchase price (present paid s/c invoice at time of purchase)

Homeowners:
Service call $59.99 includes travel time to site (in our service area) and greeting customer/discussing problem and final billing time
Repair Estimate/quote is s/c + $50=$109.99 flat fee payable if homeowner decides not to repair regardless how long it takes us to do diagnosis
HVAC Service Hourly rate is $100, broken down into 15 min increments of $25.00 ie. If job takes 1 hour to complete and test the charge would be sc $59.99+$100=$159.99

So your maximum charge for most HVAC repairs would be $59.99sc + $200 (2 hrs labour)=$259.99 plus parts/materials.
If purchase replacement a/c equipment from Belmont, the service call and estimate fee of $109.99
would be deducted from purchase price.

Includes travel time to site, in our own service area, and up to 1 hour labour, $25.00 per 15 min after the first hour
We carry quite a few repair parts but not all. We don't charge extra if have to return with parts to complete repair
We encourage all customers to get a quote on repair to avoid surprises.
We try to fix it right first time, however if we need to revisit the same job for same or different problem within 30 days the service charge is waived.
